It’s been a busy few weeks at Orphan Drug Consulting!
In mid-May, we travelled to a very warm and sunny west county Clare, where the Armada Hotel looked after us exceptionally well on our team development day.
Cross-functional expertise is what we pride ourselves on, and it’s imperative to us that our team collaborates exceptionally well.
From there, we boarded a ferry to Inis Oírr, where Ollie’s Tours guided us around the smallest and easternmost of the Aran Islands, off the coast of Ireland. Our international team and Irish employees alike, learned a lot about the vibrant Irish-speaking island, which is home to 320 people!
The trip gave us a fresh perspective and reinforced the value of connection.
